Glass-fiber reinforced profiles proStratoTec are characterized by a particularly high degree of dimensional stability and rigidity. For this reason, steel reinforcement can be dispensed with for most window elements - and that also applies to colored elements.
Using an innovative tri-extrusion process, PVC virgin material, regrind and the glass-fiber reinforced plastic Ultradur® are introduced at the same time into the profile.
By doing without steel reinforcement, the thermal insulation value of the window improves enormously. The weight of the sash is also significantly reduced, which pays off especially for larger window elements in production, transport and installation.
The material can be easily recycled. Processing is possible on any production line without any special conversion.
